hacked and confused

I'm a returning player and i have found that both my old email, and my main account got hacked. how long before i can talk in zone and whisper people on this noob account?

    Do you mean you've verified that somebody else is using your account in-game, or you simply lost access to it? When was the last time you were able to access it?

    Take my advice, give up on trying to get that account back if it's been banned, if it's not, you may have hope of getting it back if you can access the old email. I believe that newly created accounts get access to chat within 24 hours or so.

    Eidolon got fixed, one of the sliver linings of 2020. Now if we live through 2021 can we get a foundry?
