This is going to be a pretty big ask but I've been away a while and I have many alts I would like to level soon and seeing as witchcraft is back I'd like to do it now. I'm just going to post a list of what their theme is supposed to be and hope someone assists me with builds for them. Any and all help is much appreciated.
Charlotte - Angel Warrior (has been using recolored mind powers but anything works here) DPS
Shibuki - Water Theme (so far has been using a variety of powers for leveling) Healer
Claire Charmant - Child Prodigy (has used tech but I really wanted a music theme here, I'd like anything creative though) Any Role
Piercing Glance - Archer (she's edgy and could easily work in darkness but I'm really just seeking an archer build) DPS
Babiana - Jungle Girl (uses plants and toxins, anything that fits the theme would work) Any Role

Diamond Dash - Speedster (the theme is all that matters for this one) DPS/Tank
Kaleidoscope - Power Armor (has actually been using lightning powers, would like power armor though) Tank
Blast Stream - Power Armor (is using only beams for power armor but I wouldn't mind throwing in other powers) DPS

Summon Nightmares can also boost your per-target dps a bit. If you want more dps, then tap Sleep and MStorm, or you can charge them for more AoE CC power instead. Decided on using a mix of Celestial and Sorcery, and you can color the powers blueish for the theme. Rebuke can be your main single-target nuke and heal, while Arcane Vit is your main AoE heal, and Skarn's Bane is your main AoE attack. In any case, you'll want to keep the Wisp up to apply buffs/debuffs and roll Conjuring. You can prob also switch to the Hyrbid role when out solo for more dps that way. Gears mostly for Pres, w/ some Con and Int.

To not repeat the powers of the last build, I opted for a mix of Ice, Wind, and Fire. Firesnake can also look vapor-like when colored blueish, and (blue) Rimefire works well when putting up CFlames w/ Firesnake and Chill w/ the other powers. Ice Blast is the main single-target attack here, regardless. Gears mostly for Ego, w/ some Con and End.

It's a bit tricky trying to build around a music theme in CO atm. Power Chord and Sonic Device seem like shoo-in choices, though, and I opted to mix it w/ some Tech and Force-like powers for sonic blasts. Force Blast is the main single-target attack and TK Burst is the main AoE attack here. Frag Nade is nice to buff up Force Blast's dmg, so hopefully its not too theme-breaking to include here. The grenade, Sonic Device, and Conviction can all help proc MSA. Gears mostly for Int, w/ some Con and End_Dex.
**Hyper Voice is another power option, though I'm not sure if you wanted the character be a screamer :x It could effectively replace TK Burst here, though.

The main single-target rotation is to alternate between one combo of Ego Weaponry and charged EBA. EBFrenzy can be your main pbAoE, and also has a dmg shield adv to play defensively with. If you want lots of potential self-healing, then you can opt for Siphoning Strikes on Ego Weaponry, but keep in mind that this considerably lowers its dps as well (and costs 3 adv points). It's up to you what advs to prioritize. Gears mostly for Dex, w/ some Con and Rec.

Not sure if this is quite what you wanted, but I took a guess based on the name. If you want a different backbone than Archery, though, just let me know. Your own main attacks are Sonic Arrow and Storm of Arrows here, while your pets do the rest of the work in the background. If a pet should die, then you can always just quickly re-summon it. Can play in either Hybrid or Support role, though ofc you aren't a replacement for a healer when in the Support role. Gears mostly for Ego, w/ some Con and Pres/Rec.

Due to power lockouts, I usually would avoid mixing in most other power types when using PA's slotted toggle powers. So it's mostly a basic Beam-based PA build here. A non-slotted power I included that can def help is Energy Wave w/ Rev Polarity, since it gives you wide AoE that clumps up mobs, to help make-up for Beam-PA's tight AoE coverage. Another power that can help is Power Conversion (from LS), which can greatly reduce the energy strain from using 2-3 attack toggles at once. Gears mostly for Ego, w/ some Con and End/Rec.

There's many ways to mix the attacks from the two sets, and this is one example. As w/ Babiana's build, you can also change roles and slotted passives here, if you like.
Alternates between SBlast and ERuin for single-target dps, and DCollpase can add some DoT dmg in the background. For AoE, DCollapse can also be used for extra AoE dmg and to proc/roll Spirit Reverb, while using Elec Current as the main AoE attack. I also put TStrike in there just to have some more Elec attacks, and cause taps of it can proc another self-heal (and another knockdown). The build also has many CC options available to it. Gears mostly for Ego, w/ some Con and Rec.

The main rotation is to tap Explosive Arrow, charge Sonic Arrow, and then channel Storm of Arrows for a bit until Explosive's delayed charge goes off, and then repeat the process. Most of your attacks can AoE, so you can mix and match them in AoE situations as you see fit. Gears mostly for Ego, w/ some Con and Dex/Rec.

I didn't want to just repeat the Beam-based PA build from before, so I switched up a few of the attacks (Micro Muni is pretty good for AoE tagging anyways). Power Conversion again can help make the toggles easier to afford. Fire All Weapons can also give you wide burst AoE, when its up. Gears mostly for Con, w/ some Int and End.
Also note that although PA tanks that use slotted attacks are fine for most casual content (once you get used to the playstyle, ofc), the nature of toggles make them inconvenient to work with if you have to block very frequently, and if that's proving to be a hang-up then you may want to consider a non-slotted PA build instead (or maybe go back to Electricity).

If you don't have the Ult unlocked then you can just replace it w/ something else. You prob also want a Superspeed or Acrobatics type of travel power for the theme, but it's up to you.
I went w/ a MA Unarmed build, cause of 100Hands and the general look of the powers. 100Hands and Inex Tides can be your main AoE attacks. For single-targets, you can put up Demolish w/ 100Hands and use Dragon Uppercut as your main attack, while Inex Tides can quickly refresh Demolish. Charged DU can also put up Rush for extra energy at any time. Gears mostly for Dex, w/ some Con and Rec_Str.

Fireball can be your main ranged nuke, while Pyre can be a wide pbAoE that also puts down a healing rune around you, and the Wisp can debuff and buff. Warmth can be a basic ally (or self) heal, while Absorb Heat, Sent Aura, Conviction's adv, Pyre's rune, and Illum (from Wisp's Guide adv) + Ascension's adv can provide various types of AoE healing. Gears mostly for Rec (for Smoldering), w/ some Pres and Con.
