I'd rank up Blade Tempest to R3 by getting only R2 for Resurgence and only ranking up the main travel power. Maybe get some talents for a bit of Str.

I understand so that blade tempest evening integrated in the build but I wanted to integrate the guns in this build to have not only rp but also gameplay and the damage is the main thing.

    (sorry for my bad english)

Exactly! R3 is not needed really for Resurgence, so why not put it in to Blade Tempest? Personally, I find that I really only get much use out of one travel power. The 2nd TP is mostly for some utility (like flying up to the top of a building that I can't otherwise get to). You will use Blade Tempest a lot to apply Shredded, so why not maximize the damage from it if "damage is the main thing"?

Honestly I don't see much point in having even r2 resurgence. The regen even at r1 levels is impressive. Though perhaps that's because I play defensive builds?

More importantly if you are using a travel power device, in the case electric speed, why are you even putting any points into a travel power? In this case it's over kill.

I'd also stay away from those talents that provide 8 of a single stat, all in all they are tempting, but with some careful working of the math you can easily get far more points by using the talents that provide sets of 5.

Yea, R1 Resurgence is decent too, mostly cause it still gives the regen effect now. R3 is quite low priority for it either way, imo.

I guess the original build mistakenly had Blade Tempest in it, since I don't see it in the edited version. Regardless, I don't think that you necessarily need both Sword Cyclone and EotS for AoE here - unless you wanted to take Sword Cyclone for its AoE knock-in adv or something. I'd probably also get the Dragon Rush adv on DWrath, as Steadfast won't proc with Bullet Ballet, and BB is pretty energy-heavy as is. Guardian spec also isn't ideal here, since Find the Mark won't work with melee attacks.

I assume that your main attack is Bullet Ballet for the theme here? You could test it out in the PH and/or PTS to see if your energy is okay, but likely FotT alone won't be enough to sustain it. You could redo the build to have more Munitions support around Bullet Ballet (stuff like Killer Instinct and Burst Shot), and maybe keep DWrath with Rush for the extra energy and EotS for Dual Blade AoE (since it's pretty cheap, either way, and can function as a defensive tool). Here's an example mix of Bullet Ballet/Muni and Dual Blades:

(Unnamed Build) - Freeform (Melee Damage)
    v3.42:34

    Super Stats
    Level 6: Dexterity (Primary)
    Level 10: Recovery (Secondary)
    Level 15: Constitution (Secondary)

    Talents
    Level 1: The Chiller (Dex: 10, Con: 10, Rec: 8, End: 10)
    Level 6: Impresario (Dex: 5, Rec: 5)
Level 9: Quick Recovery (Con: 5, Rec: 5)
    Level 12: Acrobat (Dex: 5, Con: 5)
Level 15: Amazing Stamina (Rec: 5, End: 5)
    Level 18: Accurate (Dex: 5, End: 5)
Level 21: Boundless Reserves (Con: 5, End: 5)

    Powers
    Level 1: Gunslinger
Level 1: Burst Shot (Taking Names)
    Level 6: Killer Instinct
    Level 8: Unstoppable (Rank 2, Rank 3)
Level 11: Form of the Tempest
Level 14: Bullet Ballet (Rank 2, Not Without Incident)
    Level 17: Conviction (Rank 2, Rank 3)
Level 20: Eye of the Storm (Rank 2, Rank 3)
Level 23: Dragon's Wrath (Tiger's Courage, Dragon Rush)
    Level 26: Resurgence (Rank 2)
    Level 29: Strike Down
    Level 32: Parry (Rank 2)
    Level 35:
Level 38: Whirling Dragon Strike (Rank 2, Rank 3)
    Adv. Points: 31/36

    Travel Powers
    Level 6:
    Level 35:

    Specializations
    Dexterity: Combat Training (3/3)
    Dexterity: Gear Utilization (2/3)
    Dexterity: Deadly Aim (3/3)
    Dexterity: Expose Weakness (2/2)
    Vindicator: Aggressive Stance (2/2)
    Vindicator: Merciless (3/3)
    Vindicator: Focused Strikes (2/3)
    Vindicator: Mass Destruction (3/3)
    Warden: Fortified Gear (2/3)
    Warden: Slaughter (3/3)
    Warden: Ruthless (2/2)
    Warden: The Best Defense (3/3)
    Mastery: Dexterity Mastery (1/1)

The open power slot is for whatever you want.

Burst Shot's AP debuff and Furious adv can help buff up Bullet Ballet's performance, and also help make it a small AoE attack with BB's adv. Gears mostly for Dex, with some Con and Rec (and some cost discount on gear).

Possibly in the empty slot you could have Dragon Kick. Always nice to have a stun attack.
