High Tech Ninja / Samurai

I have an old character using Ego Surge with no mental powers. (let you know has not been updated for a while.)

I am looking to update the character and looking to keep with the high tech Ninja / Samurai theme. I have 3 other LASer Sword characters so not so dead set on keeping Laser Swords.

Lightspeed Strike originally Laser Sword.

    Well, if you're tired of Laser Sword, then I guess you could try DB or SB along w/ the thrown weapons? I may use Throwing Blades if using SB, since it has a bleed adv. Here's an example of a DB + Ricochet Throw + Sneak build:

    The open slots can be used for w/e ya want.

    Can use RThrow as a ranged opener from NW's Sneak, while you still have Blade Tempest and EotS for AoE (and the latter can also be used defensively). I also stuck DW in there for single-target dps (and Rush). Gears mostly for Dex, w/ some Con and Rec.

    Does the usual SB thing of building bleeds and rupturing them, w/ Throwing Blades acting similar to RThrow here. Has a similar gearing setup to the DB build as well.

    Both builds prob fit more as a ninja than a samurai, either way. I dunno if that's the direction you want, but I guess it's worth it to brainstorm a bit.

    As for some of the changes you suggested- it's kinda just up to you if you want to make any substitutions based on theme. Some of it may just come down to trying different powers in the PH and seeing which ones you like the most in practice.
