Illumination (Brilliance) - Buff friendly targets instead of just the caster.

When using Illumination on a friendly target, with the Brilliance advantage, the user is buffed with "Detect", granting (according to Aesica's site):
+60 minimap radius
+100% perception
+15% stealth sight
This is handy, but it'd be nicer if we could use it as another way to support allies.
The power actually does state it's supposed to work like that too.
Could we get this, please? It'd also be a great way to let people experience the benefit of "minimap radius". Not many people know how nice it really is.

I said Illumination (Brilliance).
The Illumination power does buff allies, yes, that's working fine, but the Brilliance advantage only buffs the caster. Detect should be working on allies like it says.
I thought it'd be obvious since I included the advantage in that picture.
Well then that's a bug. Make a bug report!
