Alright, here's an attempt at a Speedster, using Devastating Strike and the Chi Flame mechanic (w/ Burning Chi Fist, or BCF):

(Unnamed Build) - Freeform (Melee Damage)
    v3.42:34

    Super Stats
    Level 6: Dexterity (Primary)
    Level 10: Recovery (Secondary)
    Level 15: Constitution (Secondary)

    Talents
    Level 1: The Chiller (Dex: 10, Con: 10, Rec: 8, End: 10)
    Level 6: Impresario (Dex: 5, Rec: 5)
Level 9: Quick Recovery (Con: 5, Rec: 5)
Level 12: Amazing Stamina (Rec: 5, End: 5)
    Level 15: Accurate (Dex: 5, End: 5)
    Level 18: Acrobat (Dex: 5, Con: 5)
Level 21: Boundless Reserves (Con: 5, End: 5)

    Powers
    Level 1: Righteous Fists
Level 1: One Hundred Hands (Rank 2, Demolishing Strikes)
Level 6: Form of the Master
    Level 8: Unstoppable (Rank 2, Rank 3)
    Level 11: Chi Manipulation
    Level 14: Conviction (Rank 2, Rank 3)
Level 17: Dragon Kick (Rank 2, Dragon Rush)
Level 20: Burning Chi Fist (Rank 2, Shattering Strike, Ghostly Strikes)
Level 23: Thunderbolt Lunge (Nailed to the Ground)
    Level 26: Resurgence (Rank 2)
    Level 29: Parry (Rank 2)
    Level 32:
    Level 35:
Level 38: Devastating Strike (Rank 2)
    Adv. Points: 30/36

    Travel Powers
    Level 6:
    Level 35:

    Specializations
    Dexterity: Combat Training (2/3)
    Dexterity: Gear Utilization (3/3)
    Dexterity: Deadly Aim (3/3)
    Dexterity: Expose Weakness (2/2)
    Warden: Fortified Gear (3/3)
    Warden: Ruthless (2/2)
    Warden: Upper Hand (2/3)
    Warden: The Best Defense (3/3)
    Vindicator: Aggressive Stance (2/2)
    Vindicator: Merciless (3/3)
    Vindicator: Focused Strikes (3/3)
    Vindicator: Mass Destruction (2/3)
    Mastery: Dexterity Mastery (1/1)

The open power slots can be used for whatever you want.

100Hands is mostly in there for the theme, but you can use it to put up Demolish and Chi Flame. Fully-charged Dragon Kick (DK) can provide good pbAoE damage and CC, but can also put up Rush for some extra energy. The main single-target rotation here is to use 100Hands to apply or refresh Demolish, charge DK for Rush, and then spam charged BCF in between. AoE dps can be done with a mix of DK and/or 100Hands. I also threw in Devastating Strike for the concept, and it can add some nice burst dmg (though keep in mind that it has a scattering knock-back effect on lesser mobs). This build gears mostly for Dex, w/ some Con and Rec.

Just a thought, but wouldn't the damage of BCF be higher without taking the ghostly strikes advantage?

Obviously taking it boosts your base damage but demolish only effects crushing damage, so by taking the advantage aren't you losing out on some damage here?

Not if you apply Chi Flame, which BCF does innately after the first charge (and other powers can apply Chi Flame- like 100Hands here). Aside from being a DoT, Chi Flame also greatly reduces that target's resistance to the Dimensional dmg from Chi Power effects (like from the 1-pt GS adv). So, ideally for Unarmed you have Chi Flame + Chi Power and a Crushing debuff (likely still Demolish) to buff both portions of the dmg.

If you aren't applying Chi Flame at all (say, if using DU w/o Chi Flame adv as the main attack), then yeah you prob want to skip the 1-pt adv that splits the dmg type, just pick up a Demolish_Crushing debuff, and keep it all as Crushing dmg.
