If you read their post you'd understand the part they were discussing when they said they didn't understand. Since you didn't, I shall elaborate. "Adult" means sex. At least for most people in a modern day setting. So, I believe they understand the concept of wearing fur costumes and whatever else, it was the, again, adult aspect. I wouldn't figure that'd be rocket science to understand.

I really need to get the PC version, so I can download mods (the Xbox version doesn't support mods before Fallout 4). At least the Honest Hearts DLC paid tribute to that - one of the tribesmen in the background is Two Bears High-Fiving.

only if you have wild wasteland active, which means giving up a potentially valuable trait slot - luckily, there's a mod for that, where you can get WW without having to give up one of your two trait slots
