Tailor/Headwear/Traffic cone

The traffic cone has one color. Why is it not possible to change it? It seems to be the only item in the tailor that has an unchangeable look. Can this be fixed, because my knight-character needs a black metal helmet-cone, not orange protective device on the road:))

    Old Man Bobb is the master of all things Traffic Cone based, and does not wish to have any other color. Blame him.

    All Traffic Cones are born to that single color.
    There are no color variations.
    People shouldn't start messing with creation.
