  I think the top ranged dps right now is PA. As for question 2, i'm not sure.

  Yea, 3-slot PA is the best for ranged dps atm.
  
  As for the powersets.. in your other thread you mentioned July of 2018, but here its not clear if you mean July of this year or last year. We just had a few Darkness healing-related powers added and revamped. Might had a large revamp before that. AOs, ADs, and some Ultimates were revamped around then too. The Darkness set got a general pass before that. There were also some passes to the MA sets in general, going even further back to early-mid 2018. You can see the details in old PTS threads:

  Elec is very strong for long-ranged dps still; it hasn't really changed all that much.

  3 slot pa, electricity, sorcery, darkness, and with release of a damage mod force cascade is really good but def not suggested ,takes alot of micro management to be done well . And can be somewhat kind of gear dependant. Also. Fire is decent .

  I'd prob put ranged TK up there too, but yea there's def some great ranged dps options these days.
