So I'm giving this build another shot. Powers that I want to include in the build are Energy Wave, Star Barrage and Open Palm Strike. I don't want Night Warrior, It just doesn't fit the theme. I think i'll start off with Righteous Fists and Thundering Kicks.

Star Barrage isn't really needed for a melee build like this, and I wouldn't make it a main attack here, but you can still have it as a long-ranged dps option for the theme. Open Palm Strike also isn't really needed either, but I suppose you can throw it in when EWave is on cd to knock trash towards you. TKicks can be your basic melee attack that puts up Demolish, and it has a cleave effect for trash, while charged DU is your main single-target attack. The lunge, Conviction, and EWave can all help proc MSA as well. Gears mostly for Dex, w/ some Con and Int (or Rec).
Also, you could use a different slotted passive, ofc, though NW is very good for boosting all dmg types. I may consider Unstoppable (in Might) if you want some passive knock resist instead, though you'd have to re-order the powers a bit for it, and it won't boost all dmg as much as NW does.
