Dual Blade DPS

I'm looking for some help in coming up with a dual blade DPS. A street level guy dual wielding nightsticks, kinda like Nightwing or Daredevil. Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Here's a basic one that you can edit:

    Open power slots can be for w/e ya want, and you can change the ult if you don't have it unlocked.

    Blade Tempest and EotS can be used for AoE, while charged DW is the main single-target attack. Blade Tempest can also put up Shredded, and you can fully channel EotS if you want to play defensively w/ its dmg shield. Gears mostly for Dex, w/ some Con (and possibly some Rec to help w/ starting energy).
