New Powers for 2020

Powered Armor
Machine Gun Barrage (Mechassassin and Black Talon): You unleash a flurry of bullets from your arm which changes into a gatling gun. Basically the move Mechassassin has.

Mystic

Pyramid Trap: AoE root trap that encases enemies in a pyramid shaped snare. Possible advantages are that allies who attack these enemies are healed, either by Mend or vampiric means

Shadow Skull Blast: Throw a large skull shaped energy blast at your enemy. Would deal toxic damage. Uses the Skull Flight travel power for inspiration

Call Demonic Legion: Summon 3 weak demon warriors. Uncontrolled pet. No summoning circle required. These demons will not harm you but will not be a controlled pet.

Call Demonic Bale: Like Ebon Summoning, but without any ritual circle and uncontrolled. You temporarily summon forth a powerful demon who while won't harm you, will not obey your every command. The spell only calls the demon to assist you. It finds you unworthy to command it.

Call Succubus: Uncontrolled pet that serves as a lieutenant. Much like Call Demonic Bale, the being will come to assist you in combat but you cannot command it.

Bone Golem - Summon a terrible creature made from bone and undead flesh. Great defense for spellcasters. Controlled pet

Monstrous Transformation: Take the form of a vicious vampire bat monster (like the ones from the New Shadows), powerful werewolf, or other creature and experience new powers. For 3 minutes essentially the player's powers are swapped and gain abilities similar to a Savage AT like regeneration, frenzy, bite, etc. The skins for this power vary.

Primal Champion: While we have Primal Summoning, this particular power calls a strong panther, wolf or bear that doesn't require a summoning circle. It's an upper level power and the design is it is for players who want a stronger support without needing a sidekick.

Summon Archangel: Radiant sorcery gets a brand new ally. Summon a terrifying and glorious Archangel. This 4 winged seraphim comes with powerful glowing sword and great AoE heal and attacks. Controlled pet - though out of the need of the "greater good." In role play terms, the Archangel believes it is beneficial to lend itself fully to your cause.

Earth

Stone Golem: Summon an incredibly strong and tough stone golem. Controllable pet. This guy can take hits for days and give you plenty of cover.

Sidekicks

Much like your Nemesis, you can design your own sidekick at level 25. While limited in power, they can help you out in tough situations. Choose from a single power set and build them as you would your Nemesis. Does your character need a heavy weapon fighter to attack enemies while you cast spells? Would you like an archer to cover you while you smash enemies? Maybe you're a ninja master and this is your apprentice. The idea is that the Sidekick is a lesser hero who helps you succeed.

    WIND
Rainfall – Ranged Sphere AoE DoT and Debuff
Summons a heavy rain cloud above your enemies. Deals DoT + Debuff(s) and repeated chances to Knock Down (slipping!) affected targets (HoS’s elemental cousin w/ like a wider & stronger Rainy Day aura’s FX.)

    TELEPATHY / TELEKINESIS
Backlash – Active Defense (alternatively, Telepathy’s Block Enhancer)
Applies a reflective psionic shield to you. Absorbs up to X damage, deals % (Ego) damage back to the attacker (Reflective Psionic Shield's FX.)

Summon Cats - Summons a bunch of cats that attack for a few seconds. Their attacks are small but they do a lot of them, each one is like a little gatling gun of swiping scratching paws. Their attacks also apply bleeds. Has a short cooldown.

Advantage: OH GOD NO! - Cat attacks now stun targets.

Advantage: Cat Scratch Fever - Cat attacks now also have a chance to apply Deadly Poison.

Advantage: Feline Fury - Cat attacks now deal aoe damage in a 10ft sphere.

Advantage: TOO MANY CATS - The power now summons twice as many cats, but they last for half the normal duration.

A Tier 3 Sorcery Power: Necromancy

You summon a skeleton (DPS pet for rank 1 and up), a large zombie (Tank Pet for rank 2 and up) and a ghost (Healer pet for rank 3) as controllable pets to aid you on your journey. Simple, really.

Well I guess it's inspired by Dazzler's power, but not exactly the same. Dazzler's power would probably be heat based in CO since they're light.

Yeah, it’s just a visual ref; I suppose it could be heat instead of Dimensional, so long as the blinding-light-bombs concept is there. Another cool one is Boom-Boom and her timed bombs:

And I was thinking, Star Barrage’s (Sorcery) projectiles would look just the part!;)

Um... there is a PBAoE force field that gives your entire team about a 100 points of invulnerability, which is pretty fantastic. It's on the impulse. You may not see it much, though, because it's a 'form' power so it comes at the price of a lot of DPS.
