Force Cascade Build (Technomage)

With the Might update and Pulveriser, I thought I would give this another go. I'm mainly looking for suggestions for the last two powers to stay in the mystic theme but also have a tech edge, since I use invisble guns so there isn't too much tech to him atm. Ego is deliberate; I know when to knock and when not to; I like having it as an option for solo mitigation, and also because when full form stacks are rolling, things are dead when they hit the floor.

Shadow Embrace is more for thematic, but wondering about removing it for a self-rez and rejigging the points so that if I want a non-FC area attack I just use Chest Beam instead. Undecided at the moment as I do find all the column attacks a bit of an annoyance, sometimes I want a sphere. Otherwise, I would use Lightning Storm with the knockdown advantage, or potentially Energy Conversion.

I haven't massively tested Support Drones with it. I like the tech aspect but the build is a bit energy difficult (though less so if I remember to use Force Sheathe).

    Support Drones will give you an energy penalty, so I'm not sure about including them. That said, ranked Power Conversion is the go-to power if you want easy energy management for energy-hog builds, like for FC. The other issue is that, outside of Hurl in Might, all of the ranged Crushing debuffs are limited to 50ft. I guess it's just up to you if you want to fit them in still. I'll give you a more basic FC build that you can alter to your liking:

    If you want more dps, you can replace Con SS for Dex SS. Although End isn't SS'd, you'll want a bit of it to make sure you have enough energy for fully charged FC. Other SS setups can work here too ofc (and it's somewhat dependent on gear level)- I'm just giving one example.
