IT'S ALIVE!... and I RIDE it!

With a very few exceptions (the floating flower and Taco's throne), literally all our mounts are mechanical. Even the horse and bull are ROBOT horses and bulls! Yet many of our heroes are not particularly mechanically inclined. I've been told that it's difficult to mesh large things with ground contact, but there are still lots of living, breathing creatures that could easily be mounts in this game! To name a few:
PEGASI. It's just a horse with wings... and you already have wings! What's more, not only could you sell a variety of colours and patterns, it's not a large step to a magickal unicorn which runs through the air on a cloud or on nothing at all (it's magick, silly!).
EAGLES. Not only could a person ride on top of a giant eagle, but they might instead be carried BY a giant eagle's claws. And 'carried by' also suggests a variety of permutations both in kind of carriage (a basket, ropes, or nothing at all) but kinds of carrier (giant hawks, clouds of doves/bats).
DOLPHINS. Okay, dolphins can't swim in air, but then neither can people. I'm sure lots of heroes partial to water, nature, or Lemuria would love to ride a dolphin through the air. And you might get more people to visit Lemuria. Win win!
I'm sure other folk can think of other creatures they'd like to ride (dinosaurs? beastmen? kangaroos?) and how they should work. There's lots of room for fun!

I never even thought of sharks! That's brilliant! And they're already there! You just need to put me on top of one!
And by the same token raptor riding should TOTALLY be a thing. And raptor races! OMG! Can we have snacks to feed our raptors? My raptor that I don't have totally needs a snack! It's probably not appropriate to have him chow down on recently defeated villains.
I'm trying to think if there are many other critters already around good for riding...
