Rock Star Electric build please

I want to use my rockstar powers, power chord, hypervoice and any other new ones rockstar powers with electric powers. Mostly a DPS solo build but good for giant monsters too. thanks

    Okay, here's an Elec build w/ Hyper Voice and Rock Concert also added in. Fortunately, Rock Concert can be made to scale w/ Concentration now:

    The open power slots can be w/e ya want, and feel free to ask for further suggestions.

    Plays like a normal Elec build for single-target dps: puts up NI and Superconductor w/ Ball Lit and Chain Lit, and then channels LArc while keeping Ball Lit on cd. For AoE, you can keep Ball Lit running, possibly open w/ charged Chain Lit, and otherwise use Hyper Voice as your main AoE (ofc the Ult can also AoE when up-close; Ball Lit running in the background should help you get energy for it). Up to you if you want to take the special adv on the Ult to turn it into an ally buff or not (since you mentioned mostly being solo, I didn't take it here). Gears mostly for Int, w/ some Con and Dex.

    You gotta add Spark Storm with Electric Personality to that, it just fits.
    Squishy DPS builds that can solo QWZ w/videos.
