  I'm also thinking using regen, no night warrior this time. Also this will be a ranged dps alt. Need a break from melee.

  You won't be doing as much dmg if using Regen, but at least surviving should be pretty automatic with it. Leveling missions are generally quite easy, so it's not like there's a high bar to clear here:

  Gigabolt can be a long-ranged AoE and opener attack. Your main single-target attack here is LArc and your main AoE is Wind Breath, and keep ball Lit up and running in both cases. Last few powers can be w/e ya want; I included Updraft just to have more Wind powers and cause it can also help CC. Elec Sheath is a multi-purpose cd- it can boost you energy levels, help break free of holds, and/or give you a small dmg boost and defensive shield (it also prevents Gigabolt's debuff when its up, so you can charge-spam it then if you want). Gears mostly for Ego, w/ some Con and Rec/End.

  I have been using this for my Storm character as well (currently level 32) and I just noticed there is no offensive passive....is there a reason for that?

  Lumina requested a build using Regeneration in his follow-up comment, so I obliged at the time. If you want to take the more conventional dps route, then use an offensive passive like Stormbringer or Night Warrior and with the Ranged dps role instead.

  Ahhhh I see my mistake. I am using the Ranged Damage role instead of Hybrid so Regeneration is not available to me in that role. Thanks a bunch!

  Sure. I wouldn't normally suggest Wind Breath (it's a fine early AoE, mind), but Lumina specifically wanted it here. You can just use Hurricane if you want a Wind AoE alternative to Wind Breath (if you don't want Hurricane's scatter KB at the end, then you can just cancel and restart it before the channel ends). You could also opt for another AoE from Electricity instead, though that means even less powers represented from Wind.

  I'm using Hurricane instead just because I love the power and it really fits the character.
