No sound in game.

So have not played in over 2695 days according to my character select screen but I have no audio in game at all I can open videos and such and get sound but have none ingame. I have disabled my realtech sound drivers sense I use a sound card but am still getting the issue and only my sound card shows up in the game options. I also tried the -inputx64setup or whar ever it is in the advanced line and nothing I would think after 10 years they would of fixed this.
