Ribbit's Retcon Build

Ribbit is one of my first lvl 40s. Anyways, I noticed I have a free Retcon on him. Sorry Flow I know you hate Force, I think of it more as water blasts. Ribbit is my ninja water toad. Here's what I was thinking of: probably more of a support toon now that I'm 40, although solo'ing every once and awhile would be nice too.

Support generally means helping allies (usually via healing, but also by other means); this looks more like it's just a Hybrid-dps. Anyways, if it's a ninja toad then.. why not go w/ Night Warrior (for its Sneak) and embrace dps? An example build:

The open power slot can be w/e ya want. Also feel free to re-order the powers as desired.

Wind Breath is there just so you have a cheaper, wider AoE to use that won't scatter foes wide (can also build up knock immunity on trash, so follow-up Force attacks won't knock but instead deal more dmg to them). Force Blast is there for a cheaper long-ranged single-target nuke (and also as a basic attack at low levels). Power Conversion can help you afford charged Force Cascade as your big-hitter (and help alleviate any other energy concerns). If you want to play more defensively as a Hybrid-dps then go back to PFF and the Hybrid role, and prob replace Resurgence w/ Field Surge. Gears mostly for Int, w/ some Con and End.

You are probably going to have energy issues using Force Cascade, and the build is missing a form/toggle atm. If you insist on keeping PFF and FC, then here's how I'd prob edit it:

Alternates between FBlast and FC, while keeping Power Conversion up. AoE can be done w/ FC and/or TK Burst (latter for a cheaper AoE that doesn't scatter KB). Gears mostly for Int, w/ some Dex and Rec/End (enough End so you can fire off a charged at max energy).
