  For single-target dps, it does the usual Elec thing of putting up NI and SC w/ Ball Lit and Chain Lit, and then channels LArc while using Ball Lit on cd. AoE can be done a mix of Hurricane (when close-up; cancel it early if you don't want the scatter KB), Gigabolt (long-range AoE and opener strike; can be chain-charged when Elec Sheath is up), and Ball Lit. The last 2 powers can be something else, if you want to experiment with other things. Gears mostly for Ego, w/ some Con and Rec/End.
