Might tanking isn't that different than before- except now you can take Defensive Combo and make it work w/ Enrage innately, and it gives a nice dmg shield when you want to play more defensive (and you gotta rank Defiance and Masterful Dodge now, if taking them). Otherwise, it's the usual Haymaker stuff. Here's one example:

    (Unnamed Build) - Freeform (Tank)
    v3.4:33

    Super Stats
    Level 6: Strength (Primary)
    Level 10: Recovery (Secondary)
    Level 15: Constitution (Secondary)

    Talents
    Level 1: The Behemoth (Str: 10, Con: 10, Rec: 10, End: 8)
    Level 6: Paramilitary Training (Str: 3, Con: 3, Rec: 3, End: 3)
    Level 9: Relentless (Str: 5, Rec: 5)
Level 12: Quick Recovery (Con: 5, Rec: 5)
Level 15: Physical Conditioning (Str: 5, Con: 5)
    Level 18: Bodybuilder (Str: 5, End: 5)
Level 21: Boundless Reserves (Con: 5, End: 5)

    Powers
    Level 1: Clobber
Level 1: Defensive Combo (Rank 2, Pummel, Challenge!)
    Level 6: Defiance (Rank 2, Rank 3)
    Level 8: Enrage
    Level 11: Pulverizer
    Level 14: Conviction (Rank 2, Rank 3)
Level 17: Shockwave (Rank 2, Power Shift, Challenge!)
Level 20: Haymaker (Rank 2, Rank 3, Challenge!)
    Level 23: Mighty Leap
Level 26: Endorphin Rush (Rank 2, Rank 3)
    Level 29: Indestructible (Rank 2)
    Level 32: Retaliation (Rank 2, Rank 3)
    Level 35: Fiery Embrace
Level 38: Unleashed Rage (Commanding Presence)
    Adv. Points: 33/36

    Travel Powers
    Level 6:
    Level 35:

    Specializations
    Strength: Swole (2/3)
    Strength: Physical Peak (3/3)
    Strength: Brutality (2/2)
    Strength: Juggernaut (3/3)
    Warden: Fortified Gear (3/3)
    Warden: Ruthless (2/2)
    Warden: Elusive (2/2)
    Warden: The Best Defense (3/3)
    Protector: Fortified Gear (3/3)
    Protector: Beacon of Hope (1/3)
    Protector: Unrelenting (1/2)
    Protector: Bulwark (2/2)
    Protector: Defensive Expertise (3/3)
    Mastery: Protector Mastery (1/1)

The last 1-2 powers can be whatever you want; I just took the ult w/ threat adv and a self-res cause they can work fine w/ little-to-no adv points invested. Gears mostly for Con, w/ some Str and Rec.

Oh, and as for Sentry: it's a fine 2nd spec for a Tank to pair w/ Protector, if you want to focus a bit more on defense w/ minor support- though Warden w/ Elusive is good for tanking too.

If you find that you don't use the self rez much you might opt for Demolish for the debuff.

A ~200/100 split for the other SS's can be fine, but it kinda depends on your gear level and how much maxHP you want to aim for as well. You can always test gearing setups on the PTS too, if you have access to it.

I was thinking 190 str and 100 rec , 500+ con. I will switch back to tank role this Friday when I obtain sec Distinguished , so that I will be 2 pieces Distinguished + 1 legions , 2 pieces Cosmic sec gear + 1 Onslaught def sec gear. I just hope I can be strong enough for cosmic soak damage, maybe BT baby dino~ until I have full set endgame gears. Most my mods are lvl 7 8 9 so.

Yea, that sounds like a pretty strong setup atm, even w/o the 3-set Distinguished bonus. Good luck out there!

kind like feel it's hard to full charge that power to apply on the debuff as a tank role or is there a way that don't have to be full charged and can also apply the debuff to target?

Hurl w/ its Hard Fall and DSTC advs can apply it quickly, otherwise it'll be either via a charged power (Demolish, Elbow Slam, Roomsweeper), a channeled power (100Hands, Shockwave), or via the last hit of a combo (TKicks, Iron Chain).

Here's the options in a list:

    Demolish Powers
    1: Thundering Kicks (Demolishing Strikes)
    2: Iron Chain (Demolition)
3: Hurl (Hard Fall, Didn't See That Coming)
    4: Demolish
    5: Elbow Slam (Falling Hammer)
    6: Roomsweeper (Demolishing Strikes)
7: One Hundred Hands (Demolishing Strikes)
    8: Shockwave (Wrecking Ball)
