Suggestion: New Premium Pet AT's

People like pet masters, so why not make a couple Pet themed AT's?

- Create a new "Pet Master" passive w/associated toggle power. This can a work a number of ways... but the combination of the passive and toggle should collectively boost the players pet's base damage, hitpoints, and AOE resistance.
- Create a new block that applies block to pets when the Petmaster uses it.
- Now create some themed Petmaster AT's (Animal Handler, Mercenaries, Gangsters, Robots)..and put them up for sale.

Could it really be this simple? Maybe it could.

    I just wish they'd implement the pet controls they had in City of Villains, which let you easily set the pets, by type, into different modes and locations. Without that kind of control over your pets, they're basically just a random damage field.

    You do have pet controls in CO that allow you to have individual control over each pet. The only control you don't have is location placement.

    For controllable pets, anyway. The reality is that making pets actually work well is a bunch of effort and they're a fairly low priority because they aren't actually all that popular.
