Can we have ways to pre-stack Enrage and Compassion?

Concentration, Focus and Manipulator can do it w/o needing to be in-combat! it's unfair for the other toggle forms to be left out!

I'm not familiar with Concentration but it can by stacked using plasma beam(?).
Focus can be stacked using Form of the Master with Dragon Kick's Dragon Rush adv and BCR

So here's my suggestion:
Havoc Stomp, Brimstone, Moonstruck and Chain Cyclone powers can give 1 Enrage stack every 6 secs.
BCR, Endomorphin, and other HoT can stack 1 Compassion every 6 secs!

It's a win-win! \o/

    Seems more likely that those forms will be made to not be stackable outside of combat, a la Form of the Tiger.
    Squishy DPS builds that can solo QWZ w/videos.

    Pre-stacking form toggles shouldn't be a thing to begin with, that sort of exploit needs to be fixed.

    Pretty much agree with that. The fact that ego storm can allow for pre-stacking so effectively seems to be broken especially since ego storm is not hitting anything which is contrary to what every other power needs to do. Checking combat would probably be something that needs to be checked.

    Yes, and probably unintended as a result.

    I'm kind of shooting myself at the foot here too but enrage can be pre stacked, but like compassion/iniquity you need a target to do so

    My healer never gets to stack Compassion out of combat with his Sentinel aura.

    And I am mostly calling out those forms that DON'T NEED A TARGET to pre-stack.

    Stacking outside of combat is not something we really want to happen. I am aware that some can still do it, and some are trickier to fix than others.​​
