    i'm only lvl 6 right now. I picked up scourge as my innate, i also have electric bolt, and chain lightning.

    Okay, there's a good few ways to go about building and playing one, but here's an example of an Elec Tank:

    Level 9: Quick Recovery (Con: 5, Rec: 5)
    Level 12: Amazing Stamina (Rec: 5, End: 5)
    Level 15: Accurate (Dex: 5, End: 5)

    Ball Lit and Chain Lit can be used to put up NI and Superconductor initially, while LArc is the main single-target attack (keep using Ball Lit on cd to refresh debuffs and proc the toggle/form and EU). Storm Summoner can be the main AoE and can help clump enemies up. Elec Siphon can be used as an extra heal when up close. Gears mostly for Con, w/ some End and a bit of Rec.
