  Eh, it's mostly a Bestial SN build w/ DE and Infernal's Cyclone (instead of Bestial's) - it's not as if that the approach is bad, though. It seems like you forgot to rank up Pestilence as your passive, either way. You'd also want to be in the Melee dps role ideally, unless perhaps you are just spamming Vicious Cyclone on easy trash (since that's flagged as a ranged power).
  
  I assume you're ranking MD in light of the upcoming changes? When those changes hit, you may want to consider R1 Indestructible if you want to save 4 adv points (for ranking Pestilence) and have a decent mitigation cd for a dps (for now, you can just keep MD at R1). Since the shared AD cd is being nerfed to 90 sec, you may also want to consider dropping one of the ADs and freeing up a power slot in the future- prob for Eviscerate w/ Messy so you can refresh Shredded and Bleed by tapping it. Unleashed Rage also won't proc your toggle/form or EU, but I suppose for an Ult that's not a huge deal as you're still using an Enraged toggle/form. I may also get some talents w/ Rec to boost equilibrium a bit, and maybe max Physical Peak instead of Aggression. Upper Hand in Warden could also give you more melee dps, but that prob means lowering your defense a bit by trading out Fortified Gear. You could also max Vind's Focused Strikes if you want to focus more on Massacre's single-target dps, but that's up to you.

  There isn't much practical merit to adding poisons to the melee portion since it's Slashing dmg and those bonuses are separate. If you insist, though, I suppose one easy way to get some Deadly Poison stacks up w/o altering the melee rotation that much is to tap Vile Lariat w/ Viral adv (and prob pick up the heal adv too, just to make it more useful), but you'd have to free up a power slot for that.
