Galactic Paladin DPS build.

I'm fairly new and don't really know how to optimize builds and whilst sticking to a certain theme. I need help making a build that uses both Heavy Weapons and Particle Rifles. I'd prefer to use melee as my primary and the rifle as a backup weapon to fit my theme/aesthetic. Kind of trying to stick to a futuristic, high tech kind of thing besides the heavy weapon moveset of course.

    Can use Cleave as its basic melee attack and to apply CFlames, while Annihilate can be the main heavy-hitter for single targets. Strafing Run and PBR give you some ranged potential (Strafe Run can also proc CFlames and TReverb), and EWave can clump up mobs in AoE. Gears mostly for Dex, w/ some Con and Rec/End.
