I am posting my Knights of the Zodiac again. I got 10 to level 40 and 2 to level 38. I am looking to see if any need improvement. (Damage/Survivability/ energy management / Power synergy if powers from multiple power sets). I also want to keep powers as close to concept as possible.
The characters were created back in 2014. Build and build ideas were from in game chats and the forums so if you see your build or a part of your build, thanks.
I will be using these characters in PvE and mostly for alerts (Vigilance and StE) and events and maybe cosmic if I need something from the Global Recognition store.

VIRGO is a Maiden of both might and the mind ( MIGHT/TELEPATHY)
Basically VIRGO was the result of some billionaire who hired Tielios to make him an obedient 'companion' and body guard using DNA from a hero and villain the billionaire found attractive. It did not work out too good for the buyer.
Jerome Masters has gathered 12 individuals who, in one way or another personify an aspect of the zodiac. He has gathered them together to for the Knights of the Zodiac.
In reality he is an unknown villain named Ophiuchus, who has found a way to gain power over all aspects of the Zodiac by a ritual that will transfer their powers to him.
I can look at all some of the other builds later when I get more time (from brief glances, most look okay.. but could always be revisited), but for Poison Claws you could use VFang's special adv and mix that w/ Infenral SN. It's up to you if you want to focus more on melee or ranged (for example, taking AotB vs AotI as the toggle/form, or picking between the melee or ranged dps role). Here's an example build that kinda takes a middle ground between melee and ranged:
VFangs is the main melee attack, while Epidemic is the main AoE. Barbed Lariat can be tapped to put up Bleeds for Pestilence, and give you another self-heal. Crip Coils is mostly for there for the theme, though it can provide some extra utility and CC. Gears mostly for Int, w/ some Con and End.
edit: after looking at the other builds, if you want to make this one feel a bit more distinct from Scorpio then you could take Venom Breath as the main AoE here instead (or maybe give Scorpio Venom Breath; up to you).
Let's see.. it would be nice if you included the PH link to each build, but I'll work w/ what we have here.
For Taurus, it looks mostly fine for a Might tank. I may nix one of the two combos (Defense Combo or Iron Chain) depending on how often either is used, and prob skip the scatter KB adv on Mighty Leap. Could also consider Protector spec if you want to trade some dps/tps for more overall survival. I may also just max Brutality instead of getting 1pt in Overpower.
Cancer has good attacks for single-target dps, though Shred won't gain increased bleed chance w/o 'Enraged!' from something like AotB. So, you may want to change to AotB and a Str PSS + Str focus. The build also doesn't really have wide AoE. You could maybe consider getting Scything Blade w/ Swallowtail adv somewhere. I'd also prob take Slaughter and/or Upper Hand over Tenacious and/or Fortified Gear here in Warden. Wild Thing could also be considered for the EU, though you'd want End SS'd then.
Scorpio is prob going to have some energy issues w/ Defile, and Str PSS isn't really ideal for ranged dps (it's pretty good defensively, though). I'd prob change to a EGO/End/Con or INT/End/Con SS setup, take Infernal Blast somewhere, take Avenger spec w/ Preemptive (and maybe Vind spec), and alternate between the blast and Defile for single-targets. Keep in mind, too, that Lock N Load was nerfed/changed to not be as good for dps. You may also want a different self-res than Rebirth for a dps, but it's up to you. Lastly- Shadow Embrace is a bit redundant here, and doesn't work w/ the build's backbone well; I'd prob get a ranked block enhancer instead of that.
Leo's build has some redundant single-target attacks, and I'm not really clear on what sort of rotation he'd be using anyways. I guess for mixing claws and punches, I'd settle on pairing Haymaker and/or Demolish w/ a combo and Brawler's Setup. I'd also use Unstoppable as the slotted passive for the extra energy on knock, and in this case Relentless may also be a better EU than Wild Thing (assuming the combo can put up Shredded and/or Bleed), since the Might stuff doesn't bleed (and both Relentless and Unstoppable's energy scale w/ Rec anyways). Maybe something like this:
Uses the combo to keep the AotB stacking. Frenzy and UR can AoE, while Frenzy + Demolish can debuff and hit trash (that you don't want to knock away), and Frenzy + Haymaker can be added for bosses.

Pisces' build looks okay overall, though you also prob want to change LNL out here. Maybe get R1 MD since the build is a bit more glassy than the others.
I can't decide of Aries is trying to be a formal tank or not. As is, it's prob better to keep him more dps-focused w/ Unstoppable + some Rec and the ranged dps role (and dropping the challenge advs, and maybe getting Guardicator specs). You can also drop Headbutt (I know it's thematic, but it's melee in a ranged build w/ heavy KBs) and get Force Geyser and MSA for some extra energy that way (INT/Rec/Con SS setup could be good then for an FC dps). I may also try out Avenger spec w/ Preemptive Strike and alternate between the blast and FC- to make energy a bit easier, and you know about LNL by now.
Gemini's build looks okay for casual content, though I wouldn't bring a weaker aura passive to large-group fights like Cosmics (either via using Hybrid role or having to focus on Int over Pres). The pet also won't be great in that content, though stowing it isn't a big deal for practical purposes then. I'm also unsure on the specs or role focus that you want here (you'd prob want an ally res if going for Support- maybe over R1 Resurgence).
Capricorn looks good overall for a long-ranged Sorc dps; not much else to say about it if you already like how it performs.
Aquarius' build doesn't have much Wind in there, but from a practicality standpoint that's fine, as it's a decent Ice dps build as is. You can also do fine making it Elec instead of Ice, but that'd mean redesigning most of the build pretty drastically. Up to you if you want to do that just for theme.
For Libra, I'd replace CoAP w/ a normal ally heal (Life Essence is ncie, but takes a target and proximity to allies), and get Conjuring as the EU if using the Wisp often enough (and switch Dex SS to Int SS, and get the Guide adv on Wisp). If using Vengeance w/ RD adv often, then you may also want to get Sentinel Mastery (though Pres' is okay for direct healing), and get R2 on it (Condemn w/ RD may pair better w/ Wisp's debuff than Vengeance w/ RD, though). The AoE does make Star Barrage a bit redundant, though; maybe get Soul Beam instead, for single-target filler when you don't need to heal or debuff. I'd prob also get an ally res somewhere, if you can make room.
Virgo's build is a bit... weird. It can work out fine as a sort of debuffer and heal-tank, though it may not have very high dmg. Ego Surge w/ NM also won't be that good of an AO here.
Sagittarius' build can work, though Targeting Comp would prob be a better dps passive, and I'm unsure what its rotation is (Hunter's Instinct, even if bursty, wouldn't rely on using cd-based powers). Protector spec is also not ideal for a dps; I'd prob just go w/ Guardicator (3/3 in Find the Mark; Focused Strike and Mass Destruction in Vind).

I have no real role in mind for the character. When I found out I can make a costume that looks a lot like the IRON GOLEM you can summon using Ritual of Arcane Summoning. I used that as the "GEMINI" theme for the character.
The only thing I wan to keep is the Arcane Summoning power at Rank 2 with Unbound advantage for the "GEMEINI" shtick.
Okay, well I prob would consider using a diff powerset mainly, cause you already have 2 other builds using some Sorcery. Do you have any other powersets in mind, and would like to prefer to play as melee or ranged?
Anyways, the Arcane golem pet doesn't have many powers- iirc, its 3 attacks are basically Clobber, Eye Beams, and Force Eruption. Clobber is just an energy builder for heroes, Force Eruption for heroes can scatter KB on charge, and Eye Beams for heroes is a slotted PA power that would lockout other powers (and they alone won't do much dps). It's a mix of melee and ranged too, which isn't as efficient to build around in CO. So it wouldn't be a great build overall, and I prob wouldn't take it to high-end stuff.
Regardless, if you wanted a facsimile of it, I may take Beatdown or Defensive Combo in Might (to pair w/ Clobber), keep Force Eruption but only tap it for pbAoE, and maybe use Gigabolt w/ head emanation for a ranged AoE and opener strike (to replace Eye Beams):
Hurl can proc MSA and put up Demolish, even from long range (like when using Gigabolt). Med Nanites can help keep you and your pet alive, but you can also just re-summon the pet if it dies. Gears mostly for Dex, w/ some Con and Int.
A more committed dps version could take Night Warrior as the passive, and use the melee dps role if using the Might combo the most often.

VFangs is the main melee attack, while Epidemic is the main AoE. Barbed Lariat can be tapped to put up Bleeds for Pestilence, and give you another self-heal. Crip Coils is mostly for there for the theme, though it can provide some extra utility and CC. Gears mostly for Int, w/ some Con and End.
edit: after looking at the other builds, if you want to make this one feel a bit more distinct from Scorpio then you could take Venom Breath as the main AoE here instead (or maybe give Scorpio Venom Breath; up to you).

For Taurus, it looks mostly fine for a Might tank. I may nix one of the two combos (Defense Combo or Iron Chain) depending on how often either is used, and prob skip the scatter KB adv on Mighty Leap. Could also consider Protector spec if you want to trade some dps/tps for more overall survival. I may also just max Brutality instead of getting 1pt in Overpower.
Cancer has good attacks for single-target dps, though Shred won't gain increased bleed chance w/o 'Enraged!' from something like AotB. So, you may want to change to AotB and a Str PSS + Str focus. The build also doesn't really have wide AoE. You could maybe consider getting Scything Blade w/ Swallowtail adv somewhere. I'd also prob take Slaughter and/or Upper Hand over Tenacious and/or Fortified Gear here in Warden. Wild Thing could also be considered for the EU, though you'd want End SS'd then.
Scorpio is prob going to have some energy issues w/ Defile, and Str PSS isn't really ideal for ranged dps (it's pretty good defensively, though). I'd prob change to a EGO/End/Con or INT/End/Con SS setup, take Infernal Blast somewhere, take Avenger spec w/ Preemptive (and maybe Vind spec), and alternate between the blast and Defile for single-targets. Keep in mind, too, that Lock N Load was nerfed/changed to not be as good for dps. You may also want a different self-res than Rebirth for a dps, but it's up to you. Lastly- Shadow Embrace is a bit redundant here, and doesn't work w/ the build's backbone well; I'd prob get a ranked block enhancer instead of that.
Leo's build has some redundant single-target attacks, and I'm not really clear on what sort of rotation he'd be using anyways. I guess for mixing claws and punches, I'd settle on pairing Haymaker and/or Demolish w/ a combo and Brawler's Setup. I'd also use Unstoppable as the slotted passive for the extra energy on knock, and in this case Relentless may also be a better EU than Wild Thing (assuming the combo can put up Shredded and/or Bleed), since the Might stuff doesn't bleed (and both Relentless and Unstoppable's energy scale w/ Rec anyways). Maybe something like this:

Uses the combo to keep the AotB stacking. Frenzy and UR can AoE, while Frenzy + Demolish can debuff and hit trash (that you don't want to knock away), and Frenzy + Haymaker can be added for bosses.

Pisces' build looks okay overall, though you also prob want to change LNL out here. Maybe get R1 MD since the build is a bit more glassy than the others.
I can't decide of Aries is trying to be a formal tank or not. As is, it's prob better to keep him more dps-focused w/ Unstoppable + some Rec and the ranged dps role (and dropping the challenge advs, and maybe getting Guardicator specs). You can also drop Headbutt (I know it's thematic, but it's melee in a ranged build w/ heavy KBs) and get Force Geyser and MSA for some extra energy that way (INT/Rec/Con SS setup could be good then for an FC dps). I may also try out Avenger spec w/ Preemptive Strike and alternate between the blast and FC- to make energy a bit easier, and you know about LNL by now.
Gemini's build looks okay for casual content, though I wouldn't bring a weaker aura passive to large-group fights like Cosmics (either via using Hybrid role or having to focus on Int over Pres). The pet also won't be great in that content, though stowing it isn't a big deal for practical purposes then. I'm also unsure on the specs or role focus that you want here (you'd prob want an ally res if going for Support- maybe over R1 Resurgence).
Capricorn looks good overall for a long-ranged Sorc dps; not much else to say about it if you already like how it performs.
Aquarius' build doesn't have much Wind in there, but from a practicality standpoint that's fine, as it's a decent Ice dps build as is. You can also do fine making it Elec instead of Ice, but that'd mean redesigning most of the build pretty drastically. Up to you if you want to do that just for theme.
For Libra, I'd replace CoAP w/ a normal ally heal (Life Essence is ncie, but takes a target and proximity to allies), and get Conjuring as the EU if using the Wisp often enough (and switch Dex SS to Int SS, and get the Guide adv on Wisp). If using Vengeance w/ RD adv often, then you may also want to get Sentinel Mastery (though Pres' is okay for direct healing), and get R2 on it (Condemn w/ RD may pair better w/ Wisp's debuff than Vengeance w/ RD, though). The AoE does make Star Barrage a bit redundant, though; maybe get Soul Beam instead, for single-target filler when you don't need to heal or debuff. I'd prob also get an ally res somewhere, if you can make room.
Virgo's build is a bit... weird. It can work out fine as a sort of debuffer and heal-tank, though it may not have very high dmg. Ego Surge w/ NM also won't be that good of an AO here.
Sagittarius' build can work, though Targeting Comp would prob be a better dps passive, and I'm unsure what its rotation is (Hunter's Instinct, even if bursty, wouldn't rely on using cd-based powers). Protector spec is also not ideal for a dps; I'd prob just go w/ Guardicator (3/3 in Find the Mark; Focused Strike and Mass Destruction in Vind).

I have no real role in mind for the character. When I found out I can make a costume that looks a lot like the IRON GOLEM you can summon using Ritual of Arcane Summoning. I used that as the "GEMINI" theme for the character.
The only thing I wan to keep is the Arcane Summoning power at Rank 2 with Unbound advantage for the "GEMEINI" shtick.

Anyways, the Arcane golem pet doesn't have many powers- iirc, its 3 attacks are basically Clobber, Eye Beams, and Force Eruption. Clobber is just an energy builder for heroes, Force Eruption for heroes can scatter KB on charge, and Eye Beams for heroes is a slotted PA power that would lockout other powers (and they alone won't do much dps). It's a mix of melee and ranged too, which isn't as efficient to build around in CO. So it wouldn't be a great build overall, and I prob wouldn't take it to high-end stuff.
Regardless, if you wanted a facsimile of it, I may take Beatdown or Defensive Combo in Might (to pair w/ Clobber), keep Force Eruption but only tap it for pbAoE, and maybe use Gigabolt w/ head emanation for a ranged AoE and opener strike (to replace Eye Beams):
