Micro Munitions disable Active Offense and Active Defense

There was an update near the end of 2016 where all Power Armor weapon wouldn't disable both Active Offense and Active Defense. Micro Munitions does not fall into that category and disable both Active Offense and Active Defense. It would be nice if it does fall into the Power Armor category and allow the user with Micro Munitions to use the Active Offense and Active Defense.
