i didn't really know what i was doing with the Specializations. I will be keeping Constitution. It just fits my kind of build. I want to fit in concentration and Molecular Self-Assembly. Powers I'm willing to get rid of are: Crushing Wave, Force Detonation, and Force Eruption. I know that most people don't enjoy PFF, but i've grown to enjoy it, so it's a keeper. I love Force Geyser, it helps with the soloing, and it just looks cool. Anyways, what i'm looking for is a Final Build. Any advice would be great. Oh i was also thinking of adding Fire Breath to the build, but i'm not sure thats gonna work.

PFF aside, you'll have quite the energy issues using FC heavily here as is. You also don't have a toggle/form, and Con PSS isn't really great either (unless this is a tank build, maybe). And yea, I would prob also get rid of Detonation and Eruption (and get a diff AoE than CWave).

(Unnamed Build) - Freeform (Ranged Damage)
    v3.34:32

    Super Stats
    Level 6: Intelligence (Primary)
    Level 10: Endurance (Secondary)
    Level 15: Constitution (Secondary)

    Talents
Level 1: The Cybernetic Warrior (Con: 10, Int: 10, Rec: 8, End: 10)
    Level 6: Investigator (Int: 5, End: 5)
    Level 9: Negotiator (Int: 5, Rec: 5)
Level 12: Amazing Stamina (Rec: 5, End: 5)
Level 15: Healthy Mind (Con: 5, Int: 5)
Level 18: Boundless Reserves (Con: 5, End: 5)
Level 21: Quick Recovery (Con: 5, Rec: 5)

    Powers
Level 1: Force Bolts (Energy Refraction)
Level 1: Force Blast (Rank 2, Rank 3)
Level 6: Personal Force Field (Rank 2, Rank 3)
    Level 8: Concentration
Level 11: Frost Breath (Rank 2, Rank 3)
    Level 14: Conviction (Rank 2, Rank 3)
    Level 17: Molecular Self-Assembly
Level 20: Force Geyser (Nailed to the Ground)
Level 23: Force Cascade (Rank 2, Rank 3, Accelerated Metabolism)
Level 26: Force Shield (Rank 2, Force Sheathe)
Level 29: Field Surge (Rank 2, Rank 3)
    Level 32: Masterful Dodge
    Level 35: Imbue
    Level 38: Whirlpool (Rank 2)
    Adv. Points: 34/36

    Travel Powers
    Level 6: Bubble Flight
    Level 35: Acrobatics

    Specializations
    Intelligence: Preparation (2/2)
    Intelligence: Enlightened (3/3)
    Intelligence: Detect Vulnerability (3/3)
    Intelligence: Expertise (2/2)
    Avenger: Ruthless (2/2)
    Avenger: Round 'em Up (3/3)
    Avenger: Offensive Expertise (2/2)
    Avenger: Preemptive Strike (3/3)
    Vindicator: Aggressive Stance (2/2)
    Vindicator: Merciless (3/3)
    Vindicator: Focused Strikes (2/3)
    Vindicator: Mass Destruction (3/3)
    Mastery: Intelligence Mastery (1/1)

Since you'll prob be resigned to some energy building w/ FC, you mine as well get the adv on Force Bolts (the mini-shield can be used as an Energy Form to make your next FC cheaper). Force Blast can proc Preemptive Strike to make FC hit harder, and can be used when energy is lower, while Geyser can help CC and roll MSA. I added Frost Breath as an alternative and cheaper AoE (that also won't scatter KB); that power slot could be Fire Breath instead, if you want. Gears mostly for Int, w/ some End and Con.

Yea, no problem. FC builds are tricky due to the energy issues, but you also have a decent arsenal available outside of FC, so hopefully it can work out for you.

PFF is still not a great tanking passive, but it'll be fine for casual content. Glad you like the build.
