Witch Elf Build

nafeariannafearian Posts: 48 Arc User
Hello! Looking to change an existing character that I'm leveling into a Witch Elf from WOW themed character. Never actually played the game but I know someone who does - some of the character designs/artwork look fantastic for the class. I imagine the build would have to incorporate NW for stealth with either bestial supernatural or fighting claws. Any suggestions or build advice would be appreciated!

Witch Elf? Uh.. I guess you mean Night Elf, judging by the description. There's many diff classes they can be in WoW, but they don't usually fight in their normal form w/ natural claws- maybe as feral druids, but then they are shape-shifted into a bear or cat form. I'm not much into their lore, but iirc some of their special units can also throw glaives, so that works pretty well w/ Sneak + Richochet Throw, at least. Maybe make it a Rogue of sorts w/ fighting claws and RThrow, since RT can help make up for FC's limited AoE in CO:

RThrow as the main AoE and from Sneak; VFangs and DC for single-target dps. VFangs can also cleave when up-close. Pretty straight-forward build overall. Gears mostly for Dex, w/ some Con and Rec.

A slightly diff approach is to use Throwing Blades w/ bleed adv instead of RThrow, and then get Relentless as the EU instead of Steadfast, but either approach should work okay, generally.

Thanks very much Flowcyto! After reading your reply I double checked with the person I know who plays wow - apparently he was talking about Warhammer back from when he used to play it, rather than wow, which he is currently playing (hence my confusion).

Anyway the build looks great regardless, exactly what I was after! Going to level her to 40 tomorrow then try this out!

    Thanks again :+1:
