    I don't really see the need to have so many different slotted attacks, esp since that cuts down on open power slots (maybe have something extra like FAW for wide burst AoE or Shoulder Launcher for opener AoE, but neither of those are core attacks here). Anyways, if this isn't a committed tank (or isn't just playing solo), then I'd prob trade Defiance for something like Invuln, assuming you want to take the Hybrid approach. I'd get Power Conversion in LS to make up for not having as good energy stats for a 3-slot build.

    oof. your build straight up drops some of the best things PA has to offer. There's a really good reason to take multiple powers per PA slot. PA builds dominate via a combination of burst and dps. Dropping a burst power for a self rez... that's tantamount to giving up.

    Well, I said right after that there's still merit to things like Shoulder Launcher or FAW for burst, but having six different slotted attacks is going overboard, imo. Anyways, I usually order the powers such that the last few aren't as important, so if you wanted to swap in a power or two for more burst (or w/e other function you want), then you're free to.
