Help with Solar Energy Build

Hey all! I am working on a build that manipulates solar energy. Here's what I came up with. Let me know if this would be a good build or not.

    I dunno what the main attack here is meant to be, nor what role the build is meant to fill. I wouldn't take Con PSS outside of maybe some tank builds. In addition, I usually wouldn't bother w/ the special advs on Imbue or Illumination. I guess I may make it a ranged dps w/ some support, if its just for casual content:

    Charged Vengeance is the main attack here, as it can also apply a buncha debuffs for you and your team. Flashfire and the sword summons can help add some dps (and the former can help proc the EU). I kept the Conduit + Illum combo if you want some direct ally healing stuff. Gears mostly for Dex, w/ some Con and Pres. If having energy issues, then you may want to gear for some more cost discount and End for TReverb.

    Solar power could also be made to apply to more Fire-based powers, if you want to go that route (though I wouldn't use a passive like Seraphim then).
