Build request: Might / Unarmed

bughousebughouse Posts: 105 Arc User
Want to make an homage to Marvel's Beast. Some strong, some durable, some agile. Figured Might and Unarmed MA would be just the thing, but there is a bunch of different side effects to mush together and I am getting confused. Any help please? Bonus brownie points if a melee dps and a tank-ish (not for anything more than alerts) build could be cobbled.

The travel power(s) can help convey the agile part, else I'd prob make it more Might-based overall. If you want to alternate between dps and durability, then you can also make it a dual-passive build, if you are fine w/ setting that up.

For single-target dps, alternates between Beatdown and charged DU (Beatdown isn't easy to recommend atm, but it fits pretty well here, and can also stack Stagger). Shockwave can be the main AoE here. You may have a bit more energy issues when using Invuln in the Hybrid role, but you may also be blocking and playing more defensively then (DU can give Rush as well). Gears mostly for Dex, w/ some Con and Rec (and some cost discount on gear, but also skips gearing for severity rating once it gets Dex Mastery).

This looks pretty cool, and its nice to see a might build without knocks. I'll give it a whirl. Thanks.

Well, DU and SW technically still knock- just not backwards. So you can get the benefit of having Unstoppable's extra energy w/o the potential drawback of a KB (when using that passive, at least).
