alright here's a few powers he has: Flight, Regeneration, Super Strength (although i would rather go with unarmed), exploding or destructive wave, special beam cannon ( i dont think there is a power that can match it in CO ), Mind Break (i definitely want to use this power), he uses a light grenade, and Eye Beams (not sure if i want to use eye beams, due to the lock out). Any ideas on a build would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again in advance.

Energy Wave can help clump up mobs for follow-ups w/ charged Dragon Kick (lunging in first can also help proc MSA). For single-targets, put up Demolish w/ TKicks, and use charged DU as the main filler attack. I included Mental Leech for theme, and also as another MSA proc to weave in. Gears mostly for Dex, w/ some Con and Int.
