Need help with electrical DPS build

I came back after a summer hiatus to find that the electricity framework had been redone. I have no idea what I'm doing with this build after the addition of complete circuits with negative ions.

    Well, there's much to correct here. But if ur using the new form (Power Source), and Ionic reverb, then you'll want an End focus for gearing (and End SS'd somewhere). Ur also missing LArc for single-target dps and Chain Lightning w/ adv for Superconductor. You also have some redundant AoE attacks.

    Uses Ball Lit to apply NI and help refresh Superconductor, and Chain lit w/ adv puts up Superconductor once NI is on ur target. Then, you can just channel LArc while refreshing Ball Lit when its available. For AoE dps, you can just use Ball Lit and channel LStorm. Gears mostly for End, w/ some Con and Rec.

    Sorry for the necro post. I just figured I didn't want to waste any more time creating a new thread for the same build.

    I've noticed that electricity seems to feel a little different. I was told that the developers nerfed the framework because it was considered overpowered.

    Anyway, I was wondering if there were any changes I needed to make for 2019 on this electricity build.

    The build I gave you was shortly after the Elec revamp, iirc, so not much should really change if you're already satisfied with the build. I may drop lightning Helix on Chain Lit, though, as it could consume NI, and w/ LArc that could be a bit counter-productive.

    Other smaller things you could change are getting a diff AO (Imbue, LNL, or Ice Sheath for more dps from it), and swap Rebirth w/ Thundering Return. Gigabolt is also not strictly needed for the build, though it can be nice to keep for the long-range AoE and alpha strike. Its up to you, as the base build can still work okay.
