  Hmm, can one use zen to buy oneself to that level/reward? Just curious.

  Getting to 40 via the boosts is functionally the same as leveling up manually, since the items just give you enough XP to level up, so I imagine so. If you want to be cautious, just level to 39 using the boosts, then go manually the rest of the way :3c​​

  Hrr...been a while since I leveled a toon without a double xp buff. Level 35-40 will be annoying.

  I imagine the only parameters are "created in between these dates/times" and "hits level 40". I doubt they have any sort of system in place to monitor how you got those levels or if you did the tutorial or not.​​
