Gray filter keeps appearing over screen since Vibora Bay Apocalypse.

I'm getting this gray filter appearing over the screen in-game (except the UI) since completing the Vibora Bay Apocalypse on one of my characters, it is however now affecting all my characters on the account. The filter quickly appears when entering an outside map (maps inside building instances don't appear to be affected as far as I know) like Millennium City or Monster Island etc. Logging out and back in doesn't stop it from happening, and neither does completely exiting the game and re-entering either. I've filed a ticket in-game.
