We've got Damage auras, defense auras, healing over time auras. However we don't have a healing boost aura.
Critical Medicine:
Boost incoming heals by n%. Should an incoming heal crit, even if the crit multiplier is 0, the heal hitting the target turns into a burst AoE hitting nearby players/pets within a range of 5/8/10 meters. Healing burst can only trigger once every 5s per recieving target.

In terms of buffing however, it could be nice to have some more effects like Illumination which boosts healing received. Who knows? Maybe there's something in the works for that already.
Having said that however, "Critical Medicine" , with some adjustments, sounds like something which would make up part of a new gadgeteering support passive.
