Shadow Scythe Vehicle not in the tune-up store

I was considering tuning up my Shadow Scythe Gravbike, but it's not in the store to do that anymore. I know it USED to be because someone else linked a Mark II version(and they also looked in the store to see it wasn't there anymore)

Tune Up Kits are in the Z Store, click the 'Vehicles' tab and it's at the top.

They are also on sale atm.

The Shadow Scythe isn't upgradeable via mechanic, even if you have both the vehicle and the tune up.
