Items Removed From Inventory Bags Upon Login

Hi;
For the last few YEARS, event items that I have gained on my characters are being "used" or removed from inventory bags upon logging into the game. In the past, it was only event items, recently upon logins, the game is taking other items out of the inventory bags such as: Triumphant Recovery 4-Packs and my Teleport to Ren Center Devices! I'm posting this to see if anyone else is have this problem.
