Remove default key binds for builds

Many players don't use builds at all. I do, but only a max of maybe 3 of my 6. That means I have multiple build slots which have misarranged powers and no gear, which is bad when I hit a build change slot and can't change back for a minute because it happened in combat.

Builds shouldn't have default bindings, you should have to specifically choose to bind them.

You can change your keyboard in options to clear f6-f10

No, I'm aware that I can do things to prevent this from happening. My point is that it should be the default.

Isn't it irritating when people do this? Yeah it really is, isn't it? It's super irritating, lol.
