PTS problem

Well yesterday I was told that you could actually have up to 8 chars made in PTS, yet I don't even have the slots to keep copying my characters from live:

Thanks for the update. Unfortunately, we do not provide support for the Public Test Server. Any questions or concerns will need to be addressed within the official CO forum. We have a section dedicated for the Public Test Server.

I contacted support and they told me this should be addressed on forums, on a section dedicated to PTS (yet I don't know in which this post would go, neither patch notes nor archive would look like it fits)

So here I am, anything that can be done from here?​​

    Have you tried copying a character? I believe it creates a slot when you do. You should be able to delete the character after that if you want to make one from scratch.
    I also think you can click the icon to add another slot on PTS for free.

    I have had, a few times before, by copying through the page
    haven't tried the icon to add another one for free yet
    Edit: I just did, just a blue window pops up, no way to get another character slot​​

    Can you claim the premium pack? If it's flagged as free you might be able to (it seems to copy certain account properties from live but not all; I actually have a dozen or so slots though I can't copy past 8).

    When you claim the premium pack or purchase it you are granted access to the PTS, however if your account is Silver or your Gold sub has expired, the PTS will identify your account as Silver giving you only standard slots for ATs.

    I'm pretty sure I have more than 2 slots on PTS and I'm a silver using premium pack... not totally sure though. I'll double check later.

    I am Silver with the premium pack and I have 2 slots on the test server.
    My lvl 40 champs in random order.
