PRE Based Defensive Passive

Can we get a PRE based defensive passive? Now that we have the new Pre-based Form to go with it, this would be really cool and give us some further diversification in the tank department.

Most passives scale with any superstat. So just go with invulnerability?

Yes, if a might pass happens I expect Defiance to change. Invulnerability is the usual defensive passive taken high presence OT builds.

On the other hand, we could definitely use a melee-oriented presence form. This would please me greatly.
