Is the Ghost material Broken?

I've just noticed that the Ghost material seems to have been broken, it just looks like glass now.

Is it just me?

Here we are now going to the West Side
Weapons in hand as we go for a ride
Some may come and some may stay
Watching out for a sunny day
Where there's love and darkness and my sidearm

    This happened to me before, in fact, just a couple days ago. I restarted the game and it went back to normal. There's also an option (I believe it's Antialiasing?) that if it's at 4x or lower, it loses the ghost effect and looks like glass, so check that as well.
