What is the best single target DPS meta right now? (and accompanying build)

    For ranged, that would be 3-slot PA atm (using either missile or beam toggles). CoAP can greatly lessen the energy that it demands. An example glass-cannon build for one:

    If your stats are good enough to still have abundant energy when using CoAP and 3 attack toggles, you could consider swapping one of the SS's for Dex for the crit boost. Some of the later powers could also be changed, depending on your priorities. Gears mostly for Ego here, while End and Rec help w/ energy.

    Which beam powers in place of the missiles if you don't mind me asking?

    Can swap eye beams for mini gun, concussor beam for dual wrist rocket barrage, chest laser for micro munitions. No significant change in play style.

    I've been fiddling with my PA forever. Haven't been able to decide between Ego and Int PSS. But, Ego is definitely the better choice?

    Depends. Ego is generally better, though Int becomes more competitive against targets w/ high innate resist via Detect Vuln.
