What's more fun than Guns and Rockets

Unfortunately, when you think America, you thing guns and overkill. So I'm putting this build up for tweaking. This is a level 40 retcon because her original powers were all over the place. So I went with guns, mines, and Rocket for the overkill factor.

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

    Although MSA can work here, you may want to just go w/ KI as the energy unlock, and maybe use an EGO/Rec/Con or DEX/Rec/Con (w/ Chilled Form) SS setup. You may also want to put a normal single-target attack in there- either TGM or AR depending on range or theme (Sniper is more for openers, or dpsing from >100ft, as otherwise its sustained dps is a bit low and its charge is interrupted by inc dmg). I may also replace Breakaway Shot w/ Frag Grenade and its special advs.
