What happened to Illumination and Celestial Conduit

Hi, I had a pretty decent healer, but looking at the powers now, not so good. Were these powers nerfed? Illumination used to last much longer if I remember right. So I may have to rebuild this support character as well. What is the Aurora power, I can't seem to find it in the powers list, is it an energy unlock?
Any Advice is appreciated. Thanks

My super cool CC build and how to use it.
No they weren't. Their functionality was changed and that's it, not a nerf really, and not a buff either.
42 40s, LTSer.
Also, Aurora is a self-res in the Ice powerset; you have to unlock it w/ SCR.
