Trying to resurrect a strange Support mix

Hi,

Here is one that may have you scratching your head, but I do like support types that can hold their own. I wanted to build a character around the munitions side but could also heal both passively via Nanites and proactively with Mindful Reinforcement and Iniquity.

This is a slightly updated one where I mainly changed the super stats from the old build but would love some advice on how to make her better, different super stats, different role trees, passive etc. Thanks

Well, it depends on how much you want to focus on dps vs. healing. Cause you won't get good dps in the Support role w/ a passive like MN and using Compassion (and w/ BCR's dmg penalty), though your ally heals will be pretty strong and you could sub for a healer (hell, I'd say it is a healer build atm that just happens to use Muni for offense- not that it's necc a bad thing). The only thing dps-like about it are the specs atm.

Kinda a missed opportunity to use BCR's Gifts adv as a healer too, but the RR adv won't do too much since you have weak dodge boosts here (and getting the meager dodge/avoid options in Dex PSS passes up its main dps options in DA and EW- mine as well use Pres PSS w/ Selfless Ally for Iniquity imo). Also a bit redundant to use SMG w/o its Wall adv and have Lead Tempest as AoEs, and I'm not sure I'd get the special adv on TGM vs just R3.

You are probably right. This is a support build with Muni as it's Offense (it's a theme build). Ok, I'll go all in on support and take Pres as the PSS, though I still want to keep Muni as the Offense. what would you suggest as a passive, AoED or AoPM and Sentinel tree, what should I take as the final tree, Guardian or Vindicator to beef it up a bit?

I would like to keep in Muni theme I have to take SMG to get that branch moving and I just like the look of Lead Tempest, though I can change that out for something else. Killer instinct is powered by Crits, she is already geared in Heroic Gear for criticals and Bonus heal as well as dodge and avoidance in her gear. How about this? Take Tanglecoil or Binding shot or Bolas to Proc Sentinel Mastery when needed.

If you wanna be a "healer that contributes damage" go AoED, that way you're not only contributing your own damage, you're also buffing everyone else's. I personally really like this kind of setup, since a lot of the time healers will just be topping people up and not really doing necessary healing, and that's effectively time wasted. Being able to pour on some dps, any amount more than none, when you're not having to focus on healing is a really great plan.

You don't like AoPM? I know AoED would be better for the team damage, but to buff my stats to have ability to deal crits and buff my other stats like EGO for my ranged damage and more energy to throw heals and bubbles AoPM works well in the training room at least.

The later build looks a bit better. And yea I'd agree w/ Spinny that AoED or AoPM is a good choice for a healer that also boosts dps a bit. AoED is more committed to that than AoPM is, but its up to you what you want to focus on.
