Timed out or SNR

Launcher keeps getting Timed out or after character selection Server Not Responding.
Was in game when I got disconnected and all this started.

    ok well this has been going on for about 30 minutes now, I posted a tweet also. Guess ill play STO until its fixed

    Ya, I know its their end, I'm currently in STO with no problems. Its really a matter of them paying attention so good luck :) also posted their tweeter since they seem to take their time noticing and acknowledging things.

    I can log on to the PTS, but can't connect to the login server on live :/

    Soooooo annoying! I was in the character creator for about an hour ( :# ) and I'm all excited to play my new character and BEWM server blows up.

    I just want to play my new toon!!!! :'(

    I've been having these problems off and on for the past week. More on than off. They won't even admit that there is a problem.

    Yup. Here's my experience. Game launches, stuck on "Connecting to login server" for a while until it times out. Asks for login and password, I provide, and it successfully loads the characters. I pick a character and can play the game, but as soon as I try to enter a different instance (inside of a building, Alert, etc.) it SNRs and logs out. When asking for login again it goes back to being stuck on "Connecting to login server".

    Same experience, every time.

    This is a particular problem this week because there's a lot of farming to be done if you want to get something in this event.

    Yeah same I can't enter the Lemon Mines in Canada w/o Freedom Girl d/cing. Even if I load in successfully and then close the client and relog in I still experience the server loading issue
