Is there a way to get a lifetime subscription without installing ARC?

So, I managed to let my monthly sub expire. I'm considering getting a LTS and one of the factors is: can i get one without needing to install ARC?

Yeah. Arc is about as irrelevant as it gets, so they're fairly desperate.

Yes. Right above this post you will see the words Lifetime Subscription. Click on that, no Arc needed.

Above the pricetag it says:

Downloadable Content: Requires the base game Champions Online on Arc in order to play.

Is this something they type just to get people to install ARC?

you can install,buy, uninstall. I still run the game from the exe file. NO ARC as all it does is... run the exe file.
