Just tested some Halloween stuff on the PTR(might be in the wrong section of the forums)

The first thing I've noticed is that the Becomes & Takofanes' Throne are Bound to character, not to account. Why are they bound to a character when the rest is Bound to Account? I think it's unfair that they're bound to a character, especially the becomes themselves.

    They rolled that out last year or possibly earlier - a bunch of the event specific stuff is like that unfortunately. :(

    Just upgrade the Throne to Tier 2 Vehicle. It becomes undound.

    Right, that would fix the throne. But the becomes shouldn't be bound to a character. Especially when literally every single one of them is not bound to character.

    It depends on how you get it. Buying from the event store? Better buy it on the character who will use it. Loot drops are NOT BoP!
